My work is dedicated to helping people better understand themselves, uncover the patterns shaping their experience, and reconnect with the part of themselves that has always been there beneath the conditioning, fear, and noise of everyday life.
Through the Becoming You framework and my one-on-one sessions, I share the insights, tools, and practices that transformed my own life and continue to guide my journey today.
MY JOURNEY
The path that led me back to myself
For many years, I lived according to a version of myself that had been shaped by conditioning, expectations, fears, and past experiences. Like many people, I spent years searching for fulfillment outside of myself before realizing that the answers I was looking for could only be found within.
The life I was living
For years, I lived according to a version of myself shaped by conditioning, fears, expectations, and past experiences. Although parts of my life looked successful from the outside, I often felt disconnected from who I truly was and struggled to fully express my truth and my authentic self.
The Awakening
In 2013, a growing sense of dissatisfaction led me to question my life and search for deeper answers. Over the following years, I explored personal development, consciousness, human potential, neuroscience, and transformation, gradually realizing that lasting change begins within.
Becoming who I already was
In 2021, I felt a powerful inner calling to stop collecting knowledge and start living it. Through years of awareness, healing, reprogramming, and embodiment, I gradually came home to myself. As I reconnected with my authentic self, I experience a deeper sense of peace, wholeness, purpose, and fulfillment. That journey became the foundation of the Becoming You framework.
MY PHILOSOPHY
What I've come to understand about transformation
1. Real and lasting life transformation comes from within. The external world is simply a projection of our inner world.
2. Awareness creates clarity. Clarity creates transformation. Commitment creates change.
3. All of what holds us back is not who we are, but what we have unconsciously learned to identify with over time.
4. Authenticity is the highest state of being we can embody. Once we fully embody our authentic self, we have access to our greatest life.
5. Change is a process, not an event.
